Commercial Contracts, Manufacturing & Disputes
China IP, manufacturing, contracts & disputes.
I help foreign brands, importers, e-commerce businesses and overseas companies protect their legal and commercial interests when working with Chinese manufacturers, suppliers and business partners.
My practice focuses on the China side of commercial relationships: protecting confidential information and intellectual property before disclosure, putting manufacturing and supplier arrangements into enforceable contracts, checking Chinese counterparties before significant commitments are made, and dealing with disputes when a transaction has already gone wrong.
I regularly advise on China NNN agreements, manufacturing and OEM/ODM contracts, product development arrangements, supplier due diligence, trademark and IP protection, supplier disputes, demand letters and China-side dispute strategy under PRC law.
My experience includes more than 200 NNN, OEM and other commercial agreements, together with substantial work in supplier due diligence and China intellectual-property matters for international clients.
I work directly with overseas companies, founders, brands and their advisers. Depending on the matter, my role may begin before sensitive information is shared, before a contract is signed or payment is made, during an ongoing manufacturing relationship, or after a supplier dispute has arisen.
