Enquiries
The form collects your name, email, type of matter and brief summary, with optional deadline and safe contact time. We store this information in the website’s protected administration area so we can respond to your enquiry and identify the proposed work. Adrian receives the initial enquiry and coordinates with the responsible lawyer. Please leave out confidential documents and detailed personal or business records.
Client feedback
We store your name, email, original feedback, publication preference and the public details you approve. We use these to confirm your submission, check our prior work with you, review privacy concerns and manage publication. Invitation records may include an internal client source and assigned reviewer. Your email and internal source are not published.
Private feedback stays private. Public reviews are selected and published only after client verification and permission for the displayed wording and attribution. A proposed edit or translation requires your approval before publication. You may request a correction, withdrawal or removal using the contact address above; we confirm the request first.
Storage and access
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to run these features. Access to submitted information is restricted to authorized website administrators and the assigned reviewers. Enquiry notifications link to the protected dashboard. Confirmation emails include a private, expiring link.
Technical data and retention
Hosting systems may keep technical request and security logs. The feedback feature uses a short-lived hashed network identifier for rate limiting. Confirmation tokens expire after seven days and invitations after thirty days. Unverified feedback is automatically removed after seven days. Other records are retained while needed for the enquiry, feedback publication, authorization history or applicable professional record requirements. Contact us about access or deletion.
The theme does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts on enquiry, family or feedback pages. If you choose WhatsApp, LinkedIn or another external link, that service handles your visit under its own arrangements. Administrative login cookies are used by WordPress.
